Our Key Lime cookies are crafted with the finest key lime juice, fresh zest, and homemade key lime curd, delivering an unparalleled taste of the Florida Keys. We go the extra mile to ensure each cookie bursts with authentic, tangy flavor, providing a truly indulgent experience.
Sugar, unbleached enriched flour (wheat flour, malted barley flour), (water potassium sorbate) butter(cream, natural flavor), egg, vanilla extract(water, alchohol(35%), sugar, vanilla bean extractives) ethylalchol, nellie&joe's keywest lime juice, less than 2% of: vanilla extract (water, alcohol (35%), kosher salt, baking powder (sodium acid pyrophosphate, sodium bicarbonate cornstarch, monocalcium phosphate), zanthan gum sweeet almond oil, natural flavors.
Cookies are baked to order weekly. Orders received before Thursday at midnight will arrive Thursday or Friday of the following week. You can always order in advance and provide a specific date you would like to receive the cookies. Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday deliveries require express shipping.
Most of our packages are shipped using USPS priority mail. Fed Ex and UPS may be used on occasion depending on the order. Once the carrier picks up the package, it typically takes 2-3 business days to receive your order depending on location. Northeast orders may take 1-2 days to arrive. West Coast orders typically take 2-3 days.
An email notification with tracking information will be sent to you when your packages have shipped.
Local drop offs can be arranged in the Germantown, Hudson, Red Hook and Rhinebeck areas.
Due to the nature of our products, we generally do not ship to PO Boxes, APO, or FPO addresses. Crumble+Melt delivered is not responsible for delayed, unclaimed, undelivered, or returned orders due to incorrect or undeliverable addresses or delays caused by UPS, USPS or Fed Ex due to weather or other causes that we are unable to control.
International Shipping
Due to the perishable nature of our products, we cannot offer international shipping.
If you are not satisfied with your order, you may return products in its original, unopened packaging for a refund, however, return shipping will be the responsibility of the customer. We cannot accept returns for packages that are already opened.
We take great care in packaging our products for shipment, but unfortunately, can't guarantee what happens to the packages once they leave our hands. If a package is damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order and we will work with you to resolve the situation.
